"Do I pay a deposit?"
Yes! A $15 deposit is required to book and goes toward your final payment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment if you give at least 24 hours' notice.
"Do you charge a travel fee?"
Travel fees depend on your location:

Final pricing may be adjusted to include travel fees, and you'll be notified before payment is due.
"What is your refund & cancellation policy?"
All sales are final. If you’re unsatisfied with your session, we’ll reschedule a free session or refer you to another therapist or coach. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit unless rescheduled.
"Can I book a massage with a medical condition?"
Massage is a wellness service, not a medical treatment. If you have any health concerns, check with your doctor before booking. By scheduling a session, you acknowledge that you’re receiving services at your own risk.
"How should I prepare for a mobile massage session?"
To create the best experience, choose a quiet, comfortable space with enough room for a massage table. Please shower and hydrate beforehand. I'll bring all necessary supplies, including sheets, oils, and music. If possible, keep pets in another room and minimize distractions so you can fully relax. Also, please ensure the space is clean and has adequate lighting and ventilation.
"What if I need to reschedule?"
No worries! Just let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and I'll move your appointment and your deposit will be credited towards your next appointment. Last-minute cancellations forfeit the deposit entirely.
"What is your policy on inappropriate behavior during a massage?"
Nexus Wellness Studios has a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate touching, sexual advances, or any behavior that makes our therapists feel unsafe. Any misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund, and further action may be taken in necessary.
"Can I ask for extra or sexual services during my session?"
Absolutely not. My services are strictly professional and focused on wellness. Any request for inappropriate services will result in an immediate end to the session, and the client will be permanently banned from booking future appointments.
"What should I do I feel uncomfortable during my session?"
Your comfort and safety are my top priority. If at any time you feel uncomfortable, please let me know immediately. Likewise, if another therapist or I feel uncomfortable due to inappropriate behavior, we have the right to end the session immediately with no refund.

Life coaching is designed to support and guide you, but it’s not a replacement for therapy, medical care, or legal advice. Results vary, and you are responsible for your own decisions and actions.
