At Nexus Wellness Studios, I am committed to providing high-quality services and products. Please read the following refund policy carefully, as all sales are final.
1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once the product has been downloaded or accessed, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be offered. However, if you encounter any technical issues or inaccuracies with your digital product, please reach out to me directly at nexuswellnessstudios@gmail.com. I will work to resolve the issue promptly.
2. Services (e.g., Massages, Wellness Consultations, Coaching Sessions)

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

All massage therapy sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Clients may reschedule their appointment to a later date if needed. If rescheduling is not an option, I can refer you to a trusted massage therapist within my professional network.

All Sales Are Final: Once a service has been provided, no refunds will be issued. If you are not satisfied with the service, I encourage you to reach out to discuss your concerns so I can address them directly and ensure your experience is as positive as possible.

3. Subscription-Based Services (e.g., Memberships, Ongoing Wellness Support)

Monthly Subscriptions: All sales for monthly subscriptions are final. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current month.

Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided once the purchase is made.

All Sales Are Final: Once a physical product is purchased, no refunds or exchanges will be offered. Please be sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it. I will either replace the item or provide a full refund, depending on your preference and availability of the item.
