Welcome to Nexus Wellness Studios! I am committed to providing high-quality mobile and virtual wellness services, including massage therapy and wellness workshops and classes. By using my services or accessing my website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Deposits

• All appointments require a $15 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to your final balance.

• Full payment is required prior to booking another service if a client has previously missed an appointment without notice.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new appointment.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations require full payment before rebooking future services.

3. Travel & Mobile Service Policy

• Clients booking mobile massage services must provide a clean, quiet, and safe environment with accessible parking.

• Travel fees are based on location and must be paid in advance along with the service deposit.

  • Local Travel (Within 15 Miles of Columbia, SC): No additional charge.

  • Extended Travel (16-50 Miles from Columbia, SC): $50 travel fee.

  • Long-Distance Travel (51-100 Miles from Columbia, SC): $100 travel fee.

  • Special Travel Requests (100+ Miles): $150-$250 travel fee (based on location).

• Final pricing may change based on the applicable travel fee. Clients will be notified of any adjustments before final payment is due.

• Nexus Wellness Studios reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a location is deemed unsafe.

4. Refund Policy

• All sales are final—no refunds will be issued for completed services.

• If you are unsatisfied with a service, we will reschedule a complimentary session or refer you to another therapist.

5. Medical & Liability Disclaimer

• All massage services are provided by a licensed massage therapist and are not a substitute for medical care.

• If you have health conditions or concerns, please consult your physician before booking a session.

• By booking a service, you acknowledge that massage therapy is a complementary wellness practice and does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

• Clients assume all risks associated with massage therapy and agree that Nexus Wellness Studios and its practitioners are not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or pre-existing medical conditions aggravated by the service.

• Nexus Wellness Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during services.

• If at any time a therapist determines that a service is not suitable due to a client’s health condition, they reserve the right to discontinue the session.

6. Life Coaching Disclaimer

• Life coaching services are provided by a certified life coach and are intended for guidance, support, and personal development.

• Coaching sessions do not replace professional mental health, medical, or legal advice. Clients should seek appropriate professionals for these needs.

• By participating in coaching services, you acknowledge that results may vary, and Nexus Wellness Studios is not liable for personal, financial, or professional decisions made as a result of coaching guidance.

At Nexus Wellness Studios, we believe wellness should be accessible to everyone. While our services are currently mobile and virtual, we strive to accommodate clients with diverse needs. 8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the state of South Carolina. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of South Carolina.
